Built alongside operators. Focused on the work.
I partner with generator service companies to help them grow, alongside the owners who built them.
My name is Yotam Stanger. I've spent the last 15 years investing in and growing small service businesses. Over time, I realized I cared more about building and operating than investing from the outside. So I decided to go do it myself.
I chose the generator space because it's fragmented, essential, and full of great owners running great businesses. I see a real opportunity to build something big here, in partnership with the owners who already know the work inside and out.
I'm building Palisades Power to help realize this vision, partnering with great people and building something great together. What I'm looking for is simple: the chance to learn from people who do this work every day, and great local operators who share my passion and want to build something together.
My focus today is generator service, where the strongest businesses and best operators are. Over time, I'd like to grow into adjacent areas like monitoring and emergency response, anything that helps customers in the Northeast keep the lights on.
Most of the owners I talk to are doing too much themselves. The business keeps growing, but the load just gets heavier. They're working harder every year with less time for the parts of the job they actually enjoy. That's usually where I come in.
Your company keeps its name, its people, and its way of doing things. What changes is the weight you're carrying: less admin, more support, more resources to grow, and a path to step back over time if and when you want it.
Hiring and keeping good techs is the hardest part of running a generator service business, and almost every owner I talk to says the same. Building a real talent development system is something I'm passionate about: training, advancement paths, and meaningful economic upside. The goal is for techs to want to come to a Palisades partner shop, grow their careers there, and stay.
Think of it as an investment, not a buyout. I'm not coming in to replace you or run the business day to day. The ideal is that you stay on with a meaningful stake and keep leading. If you're eventually looking to step away, we can work with that too.
It depends on what you want. If you want to grow, I can help you move faster with less personal risk: more techs, more trucks, new territories, better marketing. If you want some time back, I can take the admin burden off your plate so you can focus on the field and the customers.
No. It's me, my own capital, and a small group of aligned partners and investors. No fund timer, no outside committee, no five-year clock. I'm building this to own and run for a long time.
It starts with a conversation, just getting to know each other. From there, we go deeper together, usually over a few weeks. If we find a mutual fit, Palisades will put together a formal offer.
If you own a generator service business and want to talk about how I can help you grow it, I'd love to hear from you. No pressure, no pitch. Just a conversation.
